For a period of 14 days after you sign up you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. After the initial 14 day period, no refunds will be processed and all future payments are final. If your payment should be declined your account and access to the entire members area will be completely suspended until you make arrangements to update your payment info. All payments will be attempted a total of 3 times and you will be notified with an email if a payment is declined so that you have the opportunity to update your payment info yourself.
